Developing Key Skills through Design Thinking

Be creative! Strengthen your teamwork and problem solving!

The success of individuals is currently dependent on the success of teams. Together we can come up with new technical solutions and innovations in industry, commerce and services.

But do we know how to make a successful teamwork? Do we know how our team could be better and more effective? And do we know what is the right role for us in the team?

This workshop can provide answers to these key questions in an experiential and coaching way using Design Thinking methods. Participants will strengthen their competencies for teamwork and learn how to communicate, collaborate and make decisions effectively in a team to solve interesting tasks. Together they will be inspired, develop creative thinking, build team spirit and find effective ways to solve problems. Participants can then easily transfer these techniques to their university or professional practice.

The workshop draws on the lecturer's long experience of connecting business and university environments through projects to create opportunities for new ideas, cross-disciplinary teams and much-needed innovation.
