VDI Pupils' Forum

The Pupils' Forum is a competition that aims to motivate pupils to work on a STEM topic for several weeks as a class and to prepare it for a presentation. The presentation of the class results is done by a smaller team of pupils.

Classes in grades 5 to 13 from all schools in the central and northern Upper Palatinate can take part. The presentation day of the VDI Pupils' Forum takes place at the OTH in Amberg. In each age group, a jury evaluates the presentations and determines a winning team.

Goals

  • Arouse interest and enthusiasm for STEM in pupils.
  • Getting to know the university.
  • Promote teamwork and presentation skills.
  • Intensify cooperation between schools and the university.

Next date for the VDI Pupils' Forum will be announced here.
