Study location: Regensburg
After your training as a change agent, you plan to successfully lead companies through change processes? Or would you like to recruit top executives who are in demand as recruiters for your company? Your goal as a personnel officer is to be responsible for the support and training of managers and employees in your company? Or do you want to coordinate projects in company health management in order to maintain the health and performance of your employees in the long term? Perhaps you are already working in the HR department or would like to move there?
If so, the Human Resource Management (HRM) course is the right choice to deepen your knowledge and skills from your bachelor's or diploma studies specifically in the field of human resources.
And the future prospects are promising. Today, corporate human resource management faces difficult challenges due to technological, economic and social change. In order to master these and future tasks, an increasing professionalisation of junior staff in the HR sector is required.
The innovative Master's degree course in Human Resource Management is a cooperation project between the OTH Amberg-Weiden and the universities of Deggendorf and Regensburg. It bundles the competences and specific strengths of the university lecturers and is specifically geared to the increased demands of practice. The cooperation offers a market-driven study program with topicality and high standards across the entire spectrum of human resource management. In this course of studies we train highly qualified specialists and executives for nationally and internationally operating companies in all sectors. Within their field of expertise, you will be trained to become an all-rounder, which is why your skills will fit almost any job profile in HRM after successful completion of your training.
The course is offered to graduates of an academic first degree in both economics and other fields of study. We also welcome career changers with a first academic degree.
The central place of study for the entire duration of the course is the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg. The course of study concludes with the academic degree Master of Arts (M.A.).
