Structure

The degree programme Human Resource Management is a consecutive model course of study which you can complete full-time in three semesters.

It contains the following module groups:

• Strategic and International Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Legal and administrative issues of HRM
• Personnel policy instruments
• Human and organization
• Master thesis

The innovative course of study was the first of its kind in Bavaria and is supported by the equal partner universities OTH Amberg-Weiden, TH Deggendorf and OTH Regensburg. Study offers of this kind are very thinly sown throughout Bavaria and Germany.

The OTH Regensburg is the central place of study for the entire duration of the course.

The course of study concludes with the academic degree "Master of Arts (M.A.)". Further information can be found on the OTH Regensburg's website.
