Antoinette Weibel

Enabling Trust - Economy for the Common Good through Relationships

Prof. Dr. Antoinette Weibel is Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen and a leading scholar in the fields of organizational trust, leadership, and employee motivation. Her research examines how trust is built and sustained in organizations and how ethical leadership and human resource practices influence employee well-being and organizational performance. She currently works on a moral theory of the firm.  

Prof. Weibel is affiliated with several research institutes at the University of St. Gallen and teaches at undergraduate, graduate, and executive education levels. Her academic work bridges theory and practice and contributes to debates on responsible management and sustainable work environments. 

In January 2021, Prof. Weibel co-founded Good Organizations, a global society dedicated to promoting good leadership, trust-based management, and responsible organizational practices across sectors.
