Due to its advanced academic level, the module may also be eligible for credit toward Master’s degree programs; however, a Bachelor’s degree is not required to enroll.
Description
Innovation, entrepreneurship, and venture creation are closely interconnected and often mutually reinforcing. In our module “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”, you will engage with advanced, practice-oriented theory covering innovation frameworks, strategic approaches to market entry, and key success factors for sustainable growth, while strengthening your entrepreneurial mindset and creative capabilities at a Master’s-level depth.
The module is available in both on-site and hybrid formats. The language of instruction is English, with German available upon request.

Develop value propositions, structure business models using tools such as the Business Model Canvas, and apply strategies for competitive differentiation and sustainable positioning. - Feasibility Analysis and Business Planning:
Gain skills in market research, competitive analysis, financial planning, risk assessment, and the development of compelling, investor-ready business plans. - Financing Innovation and Startups:
Understand key funding sources including venture capital, crowdfunding, and public grants, and learn how to design and deliver effective investor pitches.
