Build your certificate flexibly and according to your individual interests: select three modules (see Learning Content) according to your individual interests, in order to obtain the Basic Certificate “Top Management in High-Tech and AI Ventures” (15 ECTS). Completing all six modules leads to the advanced certificate of the same name (30 ECTS). Due to its advanced academic level, the module may be eligible for credit recognition in Master’s degree programs; however, a Bachelor’s degree is not required to enroll in the course.

Description

In high-tech and AI-driven organizations, leaders face unique challenges. The part-time certificate program “Top Management in High-Tech and AI Ventures” is aimed not only at general participants, but in particular at experienced professionals and executives as well as founders who seek to take on or expand responsibility in technology-oriented organizations.

Participation is available either on-site or in a hybrid format. The language of instruction is English (German available upon request).

  • Subject-Specific Competence
    Students acquire a deep understanding of key domains such as the New Space Economy, strategic management, modern marketing, design thinking, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence. They analyze complex markets, technologies, and global developments, and critically evaluate business models, innovation processes, as well as ethical and geopolitical challenges.
  • Methodological Competence
    Students apply advanced strategic, design-oriented, and entrepreneurial tools, including the Business Model Canvas, VRIO framework, Design Science, AI tools, and agile methods. They analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, conduct market and feasibility analyses, and design sustainable strategies in dynamic and uncertain environments.
  • Social and Personal Competence
    Students develop leadership capabilities, intercultural collaboration skills, entrepreneurial thinking, ethical awareness, and creative problem-solving abilities. They strengthen teamwork, communication skills, and decision-making confidence, enabling them to act responsibly in global, digital, and innovation-driven contexts.

Lerninhalte

In six modular units, the program provides practice-oriented insights into innovation management, scalable business models, AI strategies, as well as leadership and ethics in the digital age. The specific learning content of each module can be accessed in our course portfolio:
