International Staff Week

One Staff Week – Two Countries, Three Universities!
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to discover two universities in one week: OTH Amberg-Weiden (Germany, Bavaria) and the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Czech Republic) and introducing another new partner, the Lodz University of Technology and EUPeace Alliance.
The main theme of the 6th joint International Staff Week for academic and non-academic staff is bridging Academia with Industry.
The programme offers a mix of visits to research centres and international companies, as well as workshops and discussions. Participants will experience three campuses, gain insights into the practical applications of AI in industry, and explore best practices for academia–industry collaboration.

Hotel recommendations will be provided after registration.
A free bus transfer between the event venues will be organised.

The participation of registered applicants will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the participants themselves – for example, a corresponding Erasmus+ grant from the home university is available to cover these costs. Further information on this is available from the international offices there.
