International Staff Week
International Staff Week – Bridging the gap between academia and industry
One Staff Week – Two Countries, Three Universities!
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to discover two universities in a single week: OTH Amberg-Weiden (Germany, Bavaria) and the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Czech Republic), and to get to know another new partner: the Lodz University of Technology and the EUPeace Alliance.
The main theme of the 6th joint International Staff Week for academic and non-academic staff is ‘Building bridges between science and industry’.
The programme offers a mix of visits to research centres and international companies, as well as workshops and discussions. Participants will experience three campuses, gain insights into the practical application of AI in industry, and learn about best practices in collaboration between science and business.
