Description
The Diagnostics Laboratory at OTH is equipped with a wide range of modern instruments for laboratory diagnostics and research. Students can learn and apply both microbiological techniques—such as antibiotic resistance testing and cell count determinations—and molecular biology methods—such as PCR diagnostics and gel electrophoresis techniques—in their research projects.
In addition, fundamental laboratory skills such as sterilization techniques and UV/VIS photometry are taught to familiarize students with routine diagnostic procedures and acclimate them to the environment of molecular biology laboratory work.Diagnostics Laboratory
