I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment in an older building. The room is 16 square meters and has nice, large windows.
Apartment:
The shared apartment consists of 4 people, including you: 2 women and 1 man. There’s a spacious kitchen with good cooking facilities, including a dishwasher and, if needed, a coffee maker :)
The apartment has 1 toilet and 1 large bathroom with a washing machine.
There are two balconies in total: one large one with a cozy seating area and a small one for hanging laundry.
Location:
The apartment is located near the city center and has two balconies.
The city center and a bus stop are about a 3-minute walk away. Shopping options and the hospital are also very close by.
To OTH:
Bus 4 takes you to OTH in 10 minutes.
It’s a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute bike ride.
The rent is €390, including utilities.
The security deposit is €830.
