Student Room 6 Minutes from Campus – 3‑Month Sublet!

Hello everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my room. The rent is warm rent, so all costs are already included.

You would need to take a sublet from me for the first three months. After that, the room can be fully transferred to you. For the takeover, I require a deposit of 400 euros.

The room is very nice and the neighbours are friendly. You can reach the university within about 6 minutes on foot, and the supermarket (Netto) is also very close by.
