Orientation Course

Orientation first, studying second

The Preparatory Studies at OTH Amberg-Weiden

Which degree course is right for me? How much mathematics is involved in the different programmes? And how do I find my way around the university?

Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering? Business Administration or Applied Business Psychology? Discover the differences and find out which suits you best.

You can freely choose modules from all non-restricted degree programmes that interest you. In addition, you will gain practical insights: you have the opportunity to take part in laboratory classes or language courses, thereby developing academic and study skills.

At the end of the semester, you may take examinations in the modules you have attended. If you pass, these credits can be transferred to your subsequent degree programme.
