I work at the intersection of technology, education, and workforce development, with a current focus on immersive business simulations and the future of work. As a Lecturer at OTH Amberg-Weiden and a PhD student, I am passionate about integrating academic theory with real-world applications to equip the next generation of professionals for the challenges of the digital economy. My expertise spans marketing, content management, and strategic growth, with a specialization in business simulations, immersive learning (XR), and digital transformation. I am particularly interested in how these technologies can transform learning experiences and professional development. Drawing on over eight years of experience in marketing, I have led projects that drive business growth and increase user engagement. My research explores human behavior using tools such as biofeedback, neuromarketing, and experiential learning to develop impactful strategies and foster innovation. Whether in the classroom, through cutting-edge simulations, or at international conferences, I combine creativity and technology-driven insights with a strong focus on practical outcomes.
