  Welcome to the 5-euro business competition

  Would you like to gain entrepreneurial experience and try out your business idea on the real market? Then the 5 Euro Business Competition is the right place for you!

  Together with your team, you will develop an innovative business idea with a starting capital of 5 euros and implement it within one semester.

  You will receive intensive support through individual coaching, specialist workshops and exchanges with experts from the start-up ecosystem.

  What you can expect:

  • Individual support in the development of your business idea
  • Implementation of a prototype under real-life conditions
  • Fundamental knowledge in the areas of marketing, social media, project management & employment law-Presentation of your project to a jury and an audience of experts, including valuable feedback
  • Access to the start-up ecosystem with valuable contacts for your professional future

  Registration for the online kick-off at the OTH Regensburg on April 20, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm until April 19, 2026 is possible via https://www.5-euro-business.de/kick-off-anmeldung

  📢 Call for Applications – Join the Student Representation at OTH! 📢

  Dear students, 🎓

  We are looking for motivated and committed students to join the various committees of the student representation! 🔍

  Together, we help shape university policy, organize events, contribute to campus development, and manage PR for the student councils. Every student can get involved—whether in their faculty’s student council, the student convention, or the senate.
  Being part of these committees not only gives you insights behind the scenes of university life, but also allows you to make a real impact, build new connections, and gain valuable experience for your CV! 🏛️

  You will receive a profile form from us, which you fill out and send back. Once that’s done, you’ll officially be on the candidate list 👤

   

  Voting will take place from June 16 to June 19, 2026 and will be conducted online by all students.
  You will receive a personalized email with a link and access details for the online voting system 🗳️
