Refresh, supplement, deepen
Goal of our bridge courses is to refresh previous knowledge from school, supplement it and deepen it. The aim is to make the transition to university easier for students.
Currently we offer following bridge courses.
- Mathematics Bridge Course before the winter term (in German)
- Mathematics Bridge Course (online offer in English)
- Online Mathematics Bridge Course OMB+ (external offer, free access)
Digital Helpdesk
Help, maths? – Maths help!
In the Digital Helpdesk students can ask experts of the CCG their subject-specific questions that arise in the context of a mathematics course via chat. We
- offer assistance for self-help,
- give advice on specific individual questions,
- provide fast and location-independent help!
It is also possible to make an appointment for online or in-person helpdesk office hours.
The Digital Helpdesk is an additional offer to lectures and exercise lessons.

Digitaler Ressourcenpool
Individual practice and automated feedback
The digital ressource pool gives lecturers of the OTH Amberg-Weiden access to high-quality ressource collections for basic modules.
Available units:
- Digital assignment pool for mathematics: Over 2000 digital tasks for moodle tests with individual feedback and interactive graphs, developed in cooperation with several universities.
- Digital assignment pool for computer science: Automatically evaluable programming tasks for use in moodle tests, developed with teaching staff of our university.
