    Die Prüfungszeit rückt bereits näher - nächste Woche startet die Prüfungsanmeldung! Um optimal vorbereitet zu sein, bieten wir Euch einen Expert Talk zusammen mit der Barmer Krankenkasse an.

    Online-Angebot:  Gelassenheit für die Prüfungsphase. Strategien gegen Prüfungsangst und Tipps für eine effiziente Prüfungsvorbereitung

    Allein beim Gedanken an die Prüfungen fängt dein Herz an zu rasen und du spürst einen Kloß im Hals? Für viele Studierende bedeutet Prüfungszeit nicht nur Anstrengung, sondern starken Leistungsdruck und manchmal sogar Angst. Aber keine Panik: Du bist nicht allein!

    Im Expert Talk »Gelassenheit für die Prüfungsphase« bekommst du Strategien und Tipps, wie du mit Klausurenstress und Prüfungsangst umgehen kannst. Die Speaker/innen erklären dir, was Angst eigentlich ist, wieso sie auch positive Seiten hat und wie du Stress und Sorgen reduzieren kannst.

    📅 Am 03.12.2025 um 17 Uhr bekommst du genau das Rüstzeug, das du brauchst, um entspannter durch die Prüfungszeit zu kommen!

    Already settled into your studies? We're sure you have lots of questions running through your mind during the first few weeks of the semester. We can give you the answers to everything that's still unclear to you!

    Already settled into your studies? But what was that about ECTS again? When do I have to register for my exams? And what happens if I don't pass an exam the first time around? We're sure you have lots of questions running through your mind during the first few weeks of your studies. We can give you the answers to everything that's still unclear to you!

    Some of the topics we will cover include exam registration, leave of absence, deadlines and deadline extensions, and important regulations from the study and examination regulations. We are also happy to answer any other questions you may have about your studies at the moment! Join us, because knowing the most important rules and structures of your studies will make many things much easier for you.

    2. Stay calm during exam season. (online, in German; questions can be asked in English)

    Does the mere thought of exams make your heart race and your throat tighten? For many students, exam season means not only hard work, but also intense pressure to perform and sometimes even anxiety. But don't panic: you're not alone!

    In the Expert Talk ‘Calmness for the exam period’, you will learn strategies and tips on how to deal with exam stress and anxiety. The speakers will explain what anxiety actually is, why it also has positive sides, and how you can reduce stress and worries.

    📅 On 3 December 2025 at 5 p.m., you will get exactly the tools you need to get through exam time in a more relaxed manner!
