Reliable Communication for Intelligent Systems
How can autonomous systems remain connected and reliable when operating in challenging environments where communication can be critical?
As part of the European ARCHIMEDES project, OTH Amberg-Weiden develops reliable and secure communication solutions for unmanned ground and aerial vehicles operating in underground search-and-rescue scenarios. Using a digital twin of a real-world test environment, researchers investigate how system failures can be detected and how system health and communication quality can be continuously assessed – contributing to more dependable autonomous systems for safety-critical applications.
