System-Check

The ‘System Check’ is a requirement set out in the 2023–2027 Higher Education Agreement between OTH Amberg-Weiden and the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and Arts. It supports the systematic further development of the university’s quality assurance and quality management system. The ‘System Check’ comprises a comprehensive self-evaluation in which all processes and areas (research, teaching and administration) are examined and existing strengths as well as potential areas for improvement are identified. The results help the university management to steer internal processes and set strategic priorities, thereby contributing to the development of the university’s profile.
