Your Springboard to the Future
The next “Praxistage” will take place from March 1 to 12, 2027. During this time, you can visit regional companies, gain insights into projects and work processes, and discover what career opportunities are available to you after you graduate.
What are the “Praxistage”?
The “Praxistage” are one of the largest career events for students in Bavaria. Over the course of ten days, around 200 companies and organizations across Bavaria open their doors and offer a glimpse “behind the scenes.” At the approximately 300 events, you’ll have the opportunity to get a taste of what it’s like and discover potential career paths.
A diverse range of employers from a wide variety of industries will participate. These include well-known names, as well as many social organizations and “hidden champions.” The exact list of participants will be published at the end of the year.
No elaborate application process is required—all you need to do is register briefly at jobboerse.oth-aw.de/praxistage (starting in January 2027). Whether it’s an exciting plant tour, a Scrum workshop, a casual lunch with the executives, a visit to a major construction site, or experiencing the day-to-day work at a social organization — each company has put together its own customized program.
The “Praxistage” are explicitly not just for graduates! Students can also take advantage of the “Praxistage” early in their studies to set the course for internships, their thesis, or a part-time student job. This is where doors to your professional future open!
