Find your study group!
Learning together is often easier – but at the beginning of studies, it's not always easy to find the right study partners. This is where the Matching Day at the OTH Amberg-Weiden comes in.
A study group can help you, start your studies sucessfully from the beginning. Together you can clarify questions, solve exercises, repeat your learning content, prepare for exams and motivate each other.
At the Matching Day we create an uncomplicated framework, in which you can meet other first-year students and find learning partnes who are a good match for you.
The Matching Day takes place as an online event.
It is necessary to register for the Matching Day, so that we can prepare breakout rooms for you. During the registration process, we request some basic information that help us assess your needs and plan the breakout rooms.
After a short welcome, you switch into the breakout rooms where you can get to know each other and decide with whom you want to form a study group.
The actual matching is up to you: We create the framework – you form the study group.
Afterwards you decide, what's next: When and how often do you want to meet? Do you want to study at the campus or online? How do you want to keep in touch?
The Matching Day is aimed at first-year students at the OTH Amberg-Weiden.
It doesn't matter if you already know some other students or if you are still looking for connections.
