"Digital Business was my dream master's programme because it covers exactly the topics that are important to me after completing my International Business B.A.: empathetic leadership of teams with new online tools, data analytics as a decision-making aid, agile project management and design thinking in product development are just a few examples. The modules complement each other in detail and teach me to understand the connections between digitalisation and to derive business strategies. In Weiden, the warmth of the people, the high-quality facilities on campus and the close support from the professors confirmed that I was at the right university. My fellow students and I work together in small groups every week, practising innovative solution methods, growing together as a team and creating hands-on results. It's a great feeling to be so professionally prepared for the challenges of the future!"

‘Practical relevance while driving digitalisation forward – a focus that is pursued in many projects here in the degree programme. Through promising topics from a wide range of areas, you gain a good insight into topics related to corporate management, technology and digitalisation. Methodological competence and scientific work, alongside the innovative and diverse projects, are reasons why I would choose the Master's programme again at any time.’

"The interdisciplinary nature of the subjects and participants themselves promotes exchange between different disciplines and offers a comprehensive view of digitalisation. The topics are highly topical and have a high practical relevance. This allows me to integrate much of what I have learned directly into my profession alongside my studies. In addition, the topics are taught in a practical manner through projects, some of which take place with companies. This teaches us a lot about structured, methodical work in groups and self-management. In addition to methodology, we gain a deep insight into scientific work – to the extent that it is possible to publish as a student and, if necessary, pursue a scientific career. The Master's in Digital Business thus offers everything I could wish for in a modern and interactive degree programme."
