Intercultural communication
As part of the "Intercultural Communication" event, I teach students from different semesters and degree programs the importance of intercultural communication in the context of a globalized business world (including communication and cultural models, aspects and instruments of intercultural communication, basics of negotiation and negotiation management, etc.). In addition to the technical basics of interculturality, aspects of communication science and numerous practical exercises also play an important role in the event.

B2B marketing & technical sales
Marketing and sales often go hand in hand in professional practice and thus guarantee long-term business success. In the “B2B Marketing & Technical Sales” course, I work with the students to develop the basics of successful marketing in a B2B context (including market and competition analyses, pricing policies, communication measures) and use practical examples provided by the Students must develop it themselves. The second part of the event focuses on technical sales, its roles, functions and tasks.
