Different account types

There are different account types at the university. They are briefly explained below.

Applicant account

Applicants must register in the applicant portal in order to apply. This account is only valid for the applicant portal. If you are enrolled, you will receive the access data for the university account directly in the applicant portal.

University account

  •     Students receive the university account in the applicant portal.
  •     Staff members and professors receive their account when they start their employment.
  •     External students (guest students, lecturers) can fill out a request for a user-ID.

Change password

Alumni Account

Access is restricted purely to the Alumni portal. Access is granted to all alumni via the registration form, in addition to professors and the Alumi team.
