    Dear students,

    at the faculty EMI, there will soon be take place trial courses for the subject area “Plant Automation and Industrial Communication Technology”. All interested students are cordially invited to participate.

  • Heating switched off from 23.05.

    Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Technology

    Concerns/Category: 

    Dear students,

    due to the ongoing construction work, the heating network at the Amberg campus will have to be switched off completely from Friday, 23 May. The shutdown will last up to a week.

    We therefore ask you to prepare for possibly lower room temperatures from Friday and to dress accordingly.

    Depending on the outside temperatures afterwards, the heating will either be switched on again or remain switched off.

  • Räumung/Sperrung Mitarbeiter- und Studierendenparkplatz am Sa., den 24.05.25

    Liebe Studierende,

    unsere beiden Parkplätze (Mitarbeiter- und Studierendenparkplatz) werden am kommenden Samstag, den 24.05.25 gesperrt, bzw. müssen geräumt werden, da dort wieder ein Flohmarkt stattfindet. Dauerparker bitten wir, ihr Fahrzeug an diesem Tag möglichst woanders abzustellen.

    Am Sonntag stehen die Parkplätze wieder in gewohnter Weise zur Verfügung.

    Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.

    Liebe Studierende,

    aufgrund der bis dato registrierten Einschreibungen für alle [studiengangsspezifischen] Wahlpflichtmodule der Bachelorstudiengänge der Fakultät EMI, die „Wahlpflichtmodule aus Content und Mediengestaltung“ (Studiengang MT) und die Projekte (Studiengänge EI, II, MI, MT) für das Wintersemester 2025/2026, möchten wir noch einmal zum Vornehmen selbiger erinnern / aufrufen.

    Die Einschreibung muss bis spätestens 31.05.2025 erfolgen.
    Bei Halbzeit wird eine 1. Bilanz gezogen, welche Module im Wintersemester mit Sicherheit stattfinden können, um noch ausreichend Zeit 
    für eine Umwahl zu geben. Eine Einschreibung zu Beginn des Wintersemesters 2025/2026 ist nicht mehr möglich!
    Die entsprechenden SWP-/WP-Modul- und Projekt-Kataloge können auf den Studiengangseiten eingesehen werden.

    die 5 Parkplätze vor dem digitalen Campus (ehem. Grammergebäude) stehen ausschließlich den Besuchern des Digitalen Campus zur Verfügung. Eine anderweitige Nutzung ist nur kurzzeitig zum Be- und Entladen erlaubt. Studierende mögen bitte auf die anderen Parkplätze ausweichen.

Every student can get involved in their respective faculty's student association, the student convention, or the senate. Being active in these committees not only offers insight behind the scenes of the university, but also provides fun and many new connections.

    You will receive a PDF document, which serves as your election profile. Please fill it out and send it back to us. Once that is done, you will be officially added to the election list.
