die Vorlesungen "Betriebswirtschaftliche Grundlagen" (Studiengänge II, GI und MI) und "BWL und Projektmanagement" (Studiengänge EI und IPE) (jeweils praxisbegleitende Lehrveranstaltungen) finden im kommenden Wintersemester 2026/2027 als Blockveranstaltung im Hörsaal 313 in Präsenz in der Woche
vom Montag, 15.02.2027 - Samstag 20.02.2027, von 08.00 Uhr bis 14.15 Uhr statt.
Der Prüfungstermin wurde auf den 05.03.2027, 14.00 bis 15.00 Uhr in den Hörsälen 311 und 313 festgelegt.

Masterstudiengang Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen: Option Teilzeit-Modell oder Vorab-Belegung von Modulen
Concerns/Category:
Sie stehen kurz vor dem Abschluss eines Bachelorstudiums mit technischen, betriebswirtschaftlichen und integrativen Inhalten und sind noch unsicher ob Sie entweder ein Masterstudium anschließen oder direkt eine berufspraktische Tätigkeit aufnehmen sollen ? Aber warum „entweder … oder …“ und nicht „sowohl … als auch …“ ? Der Masterstudiengang „Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Digital Engineering & Management“ (MWI) wird auch im Teilzeit-Modell angeboten. Dadurch können Sie Ihren Workload pro Semester deutlich reduzieren und parallel z.B. intensiv als Werkstudent/in arbeiten. Und eventuell ergibt sich aus Ihrer berufspraktischen Tätigkeit ja sogar ein passendes Thema für ein sog. Praxisprojekt (kann eines von vier Wahlpflichtmodulen ersetzen) und/oder die Abschlussarbeit. Option 2 für Studierende der OTH Amberg-Weiden: Sollten Sie evtl. einzelne Prüfungsleistungen (z.B. Bachelorarbeit) Ihres Bachelorstudiums nicht rechtzeitig vor Semesterbeginn des Masterstudiums abschließen können, dann gibt es unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen die Möglichkeit, trotzdem bereits einige Vorlesungen des Master MWI vorab zu belegen.
Bei Fragen zu diesen Optionen oder allgemein zum Master MWI können Sie sich gerne an den Studiengangsleiter Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günter Kummetsteiner wenden (g.kummetsteiner
@oth-aw.de).Bewerbungen für das WiSe 26/27 sind noch bis 31.08.2026 möglich.
Last Reminder: Interlibrary loan of books is only available for one more day!

The library will soon be switching to a new IT system. As a result, users will face some restrictions on interlibrary loan services.
1. If you need to order interlibrary loans from other libraries in the near future, please place your orders as soon as possible. The last day to place an order is June 10th, 2026, only one day from now! After that, interlibrary loan requests for books will not be processed again until early September.
2. Loan periods for books from other libraries can be granted until July 24, 2026, at the latest. No exceptions will be made. Late returns will result in fees.
3. NOT affected are: Orders for journal articles through our Articles via Interlibrary Loan service, Books available locally in Amberg and Weiden.Need help with your literature research?
