Erasmus KA152 SUSTAIN-ED exchange project in collaboration with Ibn Haldun University (Turkey)
"Green Bridges: Sustainability in Education between Türkiye and Germany"
OTH Amberg-Weiden is carrying out the Erasmus+ project “Green Bridges: Sustainability in Education between Türkiye and Germany” (KA152-YOU) in collaboration with Ibn Haldun University (Türkiye).
The project brings together young people from Germany and Türkiye to engage intensively with the topics of sustainability and high-quality education. The aim is to promote intercultural exchange, develop joint approaches to sustainable development and strengthen international skills.
The compulsory programme includes:
- a digital kick-off webinar to prepare for the project (last week of September 2026),
- an initial exchange mobility at Ibn Haldun University in Istanbul from 19 to 23 October 2026,
- and a second mobility at OTH Amberg-Weiden from 7 to 11 December 2026.
Upon successful completion of the project, all participants will receive a Youthpass certificate documenting the skills acquired as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
The exchange mobility offers participants the opportunity to gain international experience, network with students and young adults from both countries, and jointly develop innovative ideas for a more sustainable future.
The project is fully funded by the EU.
Flights, accommodation, meals and excursions are included.
The number of participants is limited to eight students in total. There will be a selection process after the deadline has ended.

Important note: Please check before your application whether, based on your nationality, you are eligible to apply for a visa for Turkey without any specific restrictions.
