Need Accommodation for 1 person (private 1 single room) with Shared apartment or Flat (Furnished) with City Registration and Utilities included in the warm rent

My name is Muneeba Akhtar Qureshi and I am an International Student in OTH Amberg-Weiden University, Weiden campus. My move in date is 1 August, 2026. I want private single room (Furnished) in Weiden with shared washroom/bathroom and furnished kitchen. My  budget is 300-400. In this warm rent all utilities (heating,wifi,electricity) etc included. City Registeration must possible.
