sublet for my zimmer

I am offering my room for sublet in Weiden in der Oberpfalz from 31st August 2026 to 30th September 2026 (1 month). 

It is a shared apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom

The monthly rent is €430, and a €100 deposit is required, which will be fully refunded after the sublet period, provided everything is in good condition.

If you would like to extend the stay beyond this period, it may be possible; however, this would need to be arranged directly with the landlord and is subject to their approval.
