my name is Mohamed Ahmed Ali Fahmi and I will start my studies in Digital Technology and Management (DTM) at OTH Amberg-Weiden.

I am currently looking for a furnished room in a shared flat (WG) or a small apartment in Weiden from April 2026.

I am responsible, quiet, and non-smoking. I respect shared spaces and always pay rent on time.

My budget is up to 450€ per month (warm rent).
