Recent ORC Research and Applications in Central and Eastern Europe

Since its foundation 25 years ago, our university has been researching and developing sustainable energy solutions. In 2012, we officially launched our Centre of Excellence for Cogeneration Technologies (CeCoGen). Organic Rankine Cycles, in particular ORC expanders, have been and continue to be one of our main areas of activity. Due to our geographical location in northeast Bavaria, we attach particular importance to research and development partnerships in central and eastern Europe.

In the meantime we are quite proud of our ORC network with research institutions and companies in the Czech Republic, Poland and of course Bavaria. In order to maintain these partnerships and above all to find new partners, we would like to invite you to our ORC seminar on 27th and 28th June 2019 at OTH Amberg-Weiden in Amberg.

See here for the invitation sent to partner organisations on 21 February 2019.
