From April to June, the ZBW Leibniz Information Center for Economics and EconBiz offer four 30-minute online seminars (in English) to help students prepare for their next academic paper in business and economics.

Due to the lecture-free periods, shortened opening hours apply in the libraries on April 17th (Maundy Thursday) and April 22th:
Library Weiden: 9 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 4 pm
Library Amberg: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The libraries are closed on the Easter holidays, unlocked university students can use the 24-hour access.
From April 23rd we will be back with our regular opening hours!

The Course Catalogue is now divided into two parts.
The structure of the Course Catalogue has been changed from the summer semester 2025. The Course Catalogue is now divided into two parts. There is one document for your respective degree programme (Course Catalogue[name of degree programme]) and another, general document (Modulverzeichnis WEBIS) in which all modules are listed in detail. The modules are all given an individual ID, which makes it easier for you to find the relevant module in the module directory (Modulverzeichnis WEBIS).
You can find the Course Catalogue and the module directory as usual on our homepage under the respective degree programme page:

there is a new procedure in the WEBIS faculty for applications for the crediting of competences in relation to study and examination achievements.
The previous application process using a paper form and e-mail has been changed. The application can now only be submitted directly via a form online.

Sie können sich ab Montag, 10.03.205, 07:00 Uhr in Ihre Moodle Kurse einschreiben. Bitte schreiben Sie sich nur in Kurse ein, die Sie im kommenden Semester auch belegen müssen, um anderen Studierenden keinen Platz wegzunehmen. Dozierenden ist es vorbehalten, Sie ggf. aus ihren Kursen zu entfernen.
Sollten Sie sich zu einem Kurs, den Sie belegen müssen, nicht mehr anmelden können, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an die entsprechenden Dozierenden.

Preparation for Moodle exams
Dear students,
if you are taking exams in an IT lab, especially Moodle exams, then make sure in advance that you know all the access data, i.e. lab computer and Moodle login. If you are unsure, test the access beforehand and report any problems to Mr. Fikus. If you only notice a problem with your access at the start of the exam, you are no longer entitled to support. In order not to affect the other exam participants, you must leave the room immediately. The exam will be graded as "failed."
